The Founder Jose Angelo Guerrero joined Faraday Future in October of 2020 (pre-IPO) leading its global GtM teams in its readiness for market introduction in the US, China, Europe, and the Middle East. He has since established the overall business model for FF’s presence in the United States, developing an FF direct sales and service network, and created key partnerships in delivery, retail, mobile service, aftersales, and charging experiences. He designed and operationalized its online-to-offline (O2O) sales model which is licensed to operate throughout the US to enable a seamless, digital, and user-oriented journey through FF and partner owned touchpoints. He also directed Faraday Future’s 1st Global Flagship Brand Experience in prestigious Beverly Hills, located a block from the famed Rodeo Drive.
Jose Angelo Guerrero’s start-up experience began when he joined BYTON in August of 2017 leading a growing sales and marketing organization in a critical market for the brand. He established the overall business model for BYTON’s presence in North America, developing a hybrid retail and aftersales network, key financial services, digital content providers, and charging network partnerships ahead of the first M-Bytes to reach the US and Canada. He has also led the introduction of BYTON to the North American market, showcasing its concept cars at important US industry events such as Consumer Electronics Show (CES), TechCrunch Disrupt, Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, The Quail – A Motorsports Gathering, the LA Auto Show, and more.
Jose Angelo’s diverse 20+ year career started at BMW of North America, where he led various teams and held responsibilities in Product Planning and Strategy, Sales and Operations, Marketing, Product Development, Technical Services, Aftersales Business Development, as well as Quality Analysis and Reporting. While at BMW, he launched the company’s pilot EV programs in the US with the MINI E in 2009 and the BMW Active E in 2011. Before he joined BYTON in August 2017, he also led the US introduction of the groundbreaking BMW i and iPerformance vehicles, spearheading BMW Group’s sales push in its top plug-in market and readying its nationwide dealership network for the future of electrification.

His expertise spans strategy, sales & marketing, business development, and digital transformation, with a strong focus on sustainable mobility and new energy vehicles (NEV).

With leadership roles at BMW, NIO, BYTON, and Great Wall Motors, Gerald has built a reputation for entrepreneurial thinking, strategic clarity, and a results-driven leadership style that inspires diverse teams to excel.
